A clear channel model to sell, deploy and support PryntControl in education centers.

PryntControl works with two complementary roles: dealers, who sell the solution to end customers, and partners, who provide commercial, technical and training support to the dealer network.

Roles

A channel designed to grow in education

The education market needs specialists. Schools, high schools, universities and academies look for solutions that understand users, quotas, cards, shared printing and close support. PryntControl organizes the channel so each role has a clear place.

Dealer

Sells PryntControl to the end customer.

A dealer is usually a copier dealer, manufacturer, IT consulting company, managed print service provider or software reseller. They propose PryntControl together with suitable multifunction devices and maintain the commercial relationship with schools, high schools, academies or companies.

  • Sells PryntControl licenses to end customers.
  • Can offer deployment, maintenance, training or direct support.
  • Purchases licenses from a partner and receives support when needed.
  • Can become certified to take on more technical tasks and rely less on external services.

Partner

Supports dealers and helps develop the channel.

The partner works with dealers: providing training, technical pre-sales, support, installation services, maintenance and project guidance. Their role is to help dealers sell PryntControl confidently and handle complex deployments.

  • Sells licenses to authorized dealers.
  • Provides technical and commercial support to the dealer network.
  • Can deliver installation, configuration, integration and maintenance services.
  • Helps dealers address education projects with more confidence.
