Cloud printing extends Webprynt outside the center network. The user accesses the public web portal, uploads the document and, in less than 5 minutes, the job is synchronized with the on-premise server so it can be released on authorized printers.
Webprynt, but available outside the center
PryntControl Cloud does not replace the on-premise server: it complements it. Users are synchronized with the cloud, access the public portal and submit documents that are later released inside the center with the same security, quota and permission rules.
Real mobility
Students, teachers or staff can submit jobs from home, another site or any location.
Same rules
Release still depends on the on-premise server, center permissions, quotas and authentication.
No drivers
Submission happens from the browser, like Webprynt, without installing a print client.

Cloud access is designed for scenarios where the user is outside the local network.
From upload to printer release
- Portal access. The user enters the public PryntControl Cloud portal and signs in.
- Document upload. They select the file they want to print without being connected to the center network.
- Synchronization. The job is synchronized with the on-premise server in a few minutes.
- Secure release. The user releases the document on printers allowed by PryntControl.
