Hybrid environment

PryntControl runs with an on-premise server inside the center network and can synchronize with optional cloud services.

The core of PryntControl is on-premise: it is installed on a server inside the network where the printers are located. On top of that foundation, the center can activate cloud services when it needs remote printing, cloud scanning, online balance top-ups or card personalization.

Hybrid environment
Architecture

On-premise first, cloud when it adds value

As in established print management solutions, the local server governs printers, queues, users, policies and traceability. PryntControl adds a modular cloud layer without turning the system into cloud-only software.

Local server

Installed inside the printer network.

Printers and queues

Managed close to the devices for reliable operation.

Users and policies

Controlled from the on-premise layer.

Optional cloud

Activated only for connected services.

Important

Cloud does not work alone

PryntControl cloud services always require an associated on-premise server. Cloud extends capabilities, but it does not replace the local server connected to the center network, users and printers.

Synchronization

How both layers synchronize

The on-premise server keeps operational control inside the center and synchronizes with the cloud to enable external services. This preserves local performance while allowing connected features when needed.

Cloud

Optional cloud services

Each center can activate only the cloud services that make sense for its scenario.

Flow

One system, two coordinated layers

The local server remains the operational base. Cloud services extend the experience for remote use, payments and connected services.

01 On-premise server controls printers and users.
02 Cloud services synchronize with that server.
03 The center activates only what it needs.
